Privacy Policy

When you submit an inquiry or lead form, we collect what you type into it — typically your name, email address, phone number, and anything you tell us about your project or timeline. We use it to respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services.

Like most websites, we collect technical data when you visit: pages viewed, approximate region, browser and device type, referring pages, and server logs (which include IP addresses and user-agent strings) used for security and debugging.

If you arrive from an ad, the landing URL may include campaign parameters (UTM tags) and ad-click identifiers (such as Google's gclid). We record these server-side to measure ad spend and reconcile campaign performance. If you decline optional cookies, these identifiers are not connected to your identity.

We do not sell your personal information.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage and Google Ads conversion measurement to learn which ads led to an inquiry. These run in Google Consent Mode: until you accept optional cookies, analytics and advertising storage stays disabled. Advertising measurement is optional — you can decline it, and change your choice anytime via Cookie Policy & preferences.

When you submit the lead form or book a call and you have accepted advertising cookies, we may also send Google a one-way (SHA-256-hashed) version of your email address so it can measure whether your inquiry came from an ad. This is called an “enhanced conversion.” The hash cannot be reversed back into your email by us or by Google, and we never store it as a substitute for your actual contact record. If you decline advertising cookies, none of this hashed data is sent, and your inquiry is still received and stored normally.

We use a small set of processors to run this site and our business. Each receives only what it needs:

• Vercel — website hosting, plus cookieless performance analytics.
• Neon — database hosting for inquiries and operational records.
• Google (Analytics 4, Google Ads) — usage analytics and ad measurement, including enhanced conversions (a one-way hashed email) when you accept advertising cookies.
• Mailgun — transactional email delivery.
• Calendly — scheduling, if you book a call.
• Stripe — payment processing, if you become a client.

We keep lead and client records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Server logs and ad-landing records are kept for operational analysis and are not retained indefinitely.

• Ask us what we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights; we honor verifiable requests regardless of location.
